A 14-day full return right is granted on items purchased in our web shop.

The return period is counted from the day you receive your order.

The return cost is not covered by Kirsaa Studio.

Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days of your return claim.

If you wish to return a purchase, you must write an email to Art@kirsaastudio.com, stating you wish to return your purchase.

In the message, please indicate that you wish to use your right of withdrawal and please provide an account no. and registration no. that the refund needs to be paid to.

The amount paid for the purchase will be returned within 30 days of the refund-request.
